Judging by the chapter sample of Seraphina by Rachel Hartman this is  a beautifully crafted book. While this is based solely on a single sample of the novel, I am hoping that the rest of the book is as well written.

Serafina is hiding a deep secret, she is a dragon hiding in the human world.
